The relevant booking confirmation, rate conditions and Guest Booking Terms should be reviewed to understand the actual contractual relationship for a particular reservation.

HotelConnect24 should not automatically be assumed to be:

• the merchant of record;
• the payment processor; or
• the contractual travel provider

for every reservation merely because HotelConnect24 technology is involved in the booking workflow.

HotelConnect24 can connect with independent accommodation providers, distribution platforms, payment providers and technology companies.

Those organisations are separate legal entities and can operate under their own:
